🎄Official Rules — Christmas Giveaway 🎁

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is organized and sponsored by The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc., a Georgia-registered charitable organization.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Members of The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc. Board of Directors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

A $15 donation to The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc. qualifies as one (1) entry into the drawing.
Each additional $15 donation equals one additional entry.
Donations must be made through the official website only.
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter.

To enter without donating, send an email with your full name, city/state, and phone number to:

All email entries must be received by December 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST to qualify.

Email entries will be treated equally to donation-based entries and included in the same random drawing.

4. Prize

🎁 One (1) winner will receive a 75-inch Smart TV

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $750

No cash or other substitution permitted.

The winner will be selected by random drawing on December 23, 2025, at 8:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM CST.
The drawing will be held live on our Facebook and Instagram pages: @TasteOfSTLHH.
The winner must be present during the live event when their name is announced in order to claim the prize.
If the winner is not present or does not respond during the live event, another name will be drawn immediately.
The confirmed winner will also receive email or phone confirmation within 48 hours of the event.

6. Publicity

By participating, entrants grant permission to The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc. to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc. is not responsible for any:

Late, lost, or misdirected entries
Technical malfunctions or internet issues
Unauthorized human intervention or errors in the drawing process

8. Compliance & Transparency

All proceeds from this giveaway support the startup and operation of community programs benefiting children and families through The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc.

This is a promotional drawing, not a raffle or lottery.

Donations are voluntary and non-tax-deductible while the organization’s 501(c)(3) status is pending IRS approval.

9. General Conditions

The Taste of St. Louis Helping Hands, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other cause impairs the integrity of the event.
